Diabolical Brain (Brooklyn, NY) is looking for talented actors for the feature hi-def project titled "Across Dot. Ave." It will be an Ultra Low Budget SAG project shot in April 1-15 and July 1-15, 2007 in Dorchester MA, right outside of Boston. Based on a actual events, it is the story of a former skinhead punk, now a successful stockbroker, who returns to his hometown and is forced to confront the violence of his past. We will have casting sessions in both NYC and Boston that are not currently scheduled but will be in the next month. If you are not able to attend these sessions, please be willing to supply an audition tape or dvd. The film is written by and will be directed by Mark Ezovski and produced by Brane Bala. "Young" Kevin Hearns, 20. White. Skinhead losing his connection to the cause. In love with a girl from college but still willing to throw down. Possible partial nudity required.

Danny Sullivan, 36. White. Former skinhead, ex-con fresh out of jail. Baseball star as a youth. Beaten by life but has wisdom that others might not suspect.

"Young" Danny Sullivan, 20. White. "Little brother" to the Young Kevin. Willing to please so others will approve of him. Suffers from an unrequited love.

Owen Laughlin, 36. White. Skinhead with muscles from head to toe from long days in the prison yard. Violent but intelligent.

"Young" Owen Laughlin, 20. White. Young punk looking to make money dealing drugs. The leader of the skinhead gang.

Jimmy Meaney, 36. White. Former skinhead and burnt out drug dealer. Has a sense of humor even if he is nonsensical.

"Young" Jimmy Meaney, 20. White. "Young" Owen's lapdog and chief supporter.

Charlie, 34. White. Townie kid grown up into insurance salesman. From the good side of town.

"Young" Charlie, 18. White. Preppy ladies man and party host. Ready for a good time.

Bethy Hearns, 34. White. Former skinhead girl grown up prim and proper. Bank teller, two kids and a station wagon.

"Young" Bethy, 18. White. Quit the skinhead life to hang with the kids from the right side of the tracks. Still is kind to "Young" Danny.

Sarah Hearns, 22. White. Thinks of her brother Kevin as more of a father figure than her actual father. Back into the skinhead life after dropping out of college. Buzzcut hair with bangs.

"Young" Sarah Hearns, 6. White. Scared by a 2 a.m. police visit.

Tommy Hearns, 64. Black Irish. Alcoholic. Tired from years of work. Has cancer but doesn't want to tell anyone.

Colleen Hearns, 62. White. Abused wife. Unaware of the meaning of the events in her life. Loving but oblivious mother.

Auny Sarah, 65. White. About to have part of her cancerous lung removed. Adores her niece Sarah Hearns who looks up to her as a mother figure.

Uncle Billy, 65. White. Worried about his sick wife. His eyes aren't what they used to be.

Maggie Sullivan, 62. White. Sick from cancer but recovering. Sorry for her son Danny's time in prison. Blames it on others.

Herc, 25-30. Black. Skinhead leader and powerful drug dealer. Long spiked Mohawk.

Meghan, 18-30. Any race. Punker girlfriend of Herc. Drug user.

Hilary, 20. White. Tramp in love with one of the many guys she regularly sleeps with, but engaged to married. Possible partial nudity required.

Neighbor man, 45-65. White. Tired of the kids from the other side of town ruining his peace and quiet.

Ronnie, 18-20. White. Preppy kid who likes golf. Party host. Upset when the skinheads start playing with his father's golf clubs.
